My main interest in programming. I got introduced to programming when I was 14 years old messing around with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and since then I have fallen in love. I have gained lots of experience with a wide variety of languages including C, C++, C#, Python, JavaScript, SQL, Java, TypeScript, and more. I have also worked with many different frameworks and am continuing to explore new parts of programming every day. I have experience working several jobs in programming and this is the main field I hope to continue to explore going forward.
Another key interest of mine is electronics and computers. I have always enjoyed making and playing with electronic devices since I was a kid and as I've grown up I've made my own speakers and robots and continued to explore the field. Now that I am an electrical engineering student they have become part of my studies and I have gain experience with circuit design, microprocessor design, FPGA, building computers, building electromechanical systems, and programming embedded systems. I am very excited to continue to explore the field and I hope to work on many more interesting projects going forward.
One of my main hobbies includes playing video games. I grew up playing on the Nintendo Wii and DS and I maintained this hobby until today. I typically play games on my PC these days including Minecraft, Call of Duty, Terraria, Elden Ring, and more. I also have made several smaller games as personal projects using coding languages including C++, C#, and JavaScript as well as doing the art and sound design for the games.
Something I have recently picked up as a hobby is bouldering which is rock climbing on shorter problems with no rope. I started bouldering back in May 2024 and I have been going several times a week since. I have thus far only climbed inside gyms but I hope to go outside and climb soon. I really enjoy the hobby and I think it's a great source of exercise and something fun to do with friends.
Another interest of mine is human geography. I am interested in how people interact with the world around them and how they shape the world. I find exploring different cultures to be super interesting and I love traveling, learning about different languages, and exploring unique cuisines. I also love history and I find that human geography is a great way to see how history has shaped the world differently depending on so many unique factors you might never notice.
